Just imagine . . .
In the world of social media, I’m somewhat of a “thing.” Well, maybe among a very small group of people who share my last name.
While I have a recognizable handle among the Lemke tribe – @lemke – some think I should do more with the brand. I’m at peace with my limited engagement.
That may be an acceptable strategy in small matters. But there is little doubt that branding is of existential importance in weightier matters like health and physical education.
Today, people inside and outside of education express a desire for a H/PE re-brand. Branding can be difficult but it can also be extremely rewarding.
I am dedicating this newsletter to unleashing the full potential of health and physical education. In that spirit, this newsletter comes to you under the new title “Health: Reimagined.”
Why? Future editions will offer new and innovative ways for you to advance the health and physical education brand in your classroom, school, and community. While advancing a greater cause, you’ll also experience more professional satisfaction.
“It’s time to explore new strategies for meaningful and sustained advancements in health and physical education.”
“Health: Reimagined” will focus on the strategies for advancing healthy habits. I’ll highlight sustainable outcomes and lasting impact. Yes, that includes both students and adults.
